Have you ever heard of the underwater winery? Now, can you imagine diving under, and drinking that wine afterward? Just imagine…
To call Pelješac a real wine paradise, it’s the most righteous thing you can do. Plavac Mali is the most important autochthonous grape variety in Croatia, and two of the best Plavac Mali are made in the Dingač and Postup positions on the Pelješac peninsula. Edivo guys went a step further from just simply making wines and they decided to buy a concession on an old, sunken fishing boat that had been lying on the seabed for more than 30 years, and they put their wine bottles under the sea to give them some privacy. And guess what happened next?
After storing their wines in bottles and amphoras in the sea depths for more than 700 days, they came up with Navis Mysterium: The Sea Mystery. They knew they had something special that will make history, and they were so right.
Today they produce a product with a story that belongs to their land and that people will definitely talk about. This is something you simply must try!
