Tramuntana opened this season with a new dining concept, centred on the joy of sharing and
the simplicity of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
The menu brings together honest,
thoughtfully prepared dishes designed to be enjoyed together around the table. Begin with a
selection of homemade bruschette and signature dips—small plates that move from local
flavours to classic Mediterranean notes.
The experience continues with freshly prepared
pastas and indulgent risottos, alongside a range of house favourites: slow-cooked veal,
prepared until exceptionally tender, and seafood dishes inspired by our coastal surroundings.
Set above Lapad Bay, Tramuntana offers a warm, contemporary atmosphere where meals
unfold naturally and time is meant to slow down.
