Made by the old family recipe, this dish is full of flavors and memories from the chef`s childhood. For
us, this meal means something different, special and is full of Mediterranean ingredients like bell
peppers, prosciutto, and Grana Padano cheese.
Fuži with prawns and fresh truffles
Fuži is Istrian (Croatian region) traditional pasta. While eating this dish, you will indulge yourself like
you should while you are on vacation. Made of creamy sauce, prawns, pasta and most important
part, fresh truffles, try to dare and eat like a king.
Lamb ragout
Slowly cooked lamb, flavored with dried tomatoes, Mediterranean herbs, and root vegetables is
served with homemade ravioli. This is something that needs time, respect and patience to prepare.
